Holkham Hall

Sandringham

Sandringham is the much-loved country retreat of Her Majesty the Queen, and has been the private home of four generations of British monarchs since 1862. The house, set in 60 acres of stunning gardens, is perhaps the most famous stately home in Norfolk and is at the heart of the 20,000-acre Sandringham Estate, 600 acres of which make up the woodland and heath of the Country Park, open to the public free of charge every day from Easter. King George V said "Dear old Sandringham, the place I love better than anywhere in the world". A great day out.

Blickling Hall

Blickling Hall is a stately home in the village of Blickling north of Aylsham in Norfolk and has been in the care of the National Trust since 1940.

Blicking Hall was owned by the Boleyn family between 1499 and 1505, and it is believed that Anne, the couple's most famous child was born there

The current Blickling Hall was built on the ruins of the old Boleyn property in the reign of James I, by the Hobarts. In 1616,

Houghton Hall

Houghton Hall is a country house in Norfolk, England. It was built for the first British Prime Minister, Sir Robert Walpole (1676 – 1745), and it is a key building in the history of Palladian architecture in England. It is a Grade I listed building.

Oxborough Hall

Oxburgh Hall, built around 1482 by Sir Edmund Bedingfeld, is a moated country house located in Oxborough, Norfolk. Today it is in the hands of the National Trust.

Oxburgh has always been a family home and came to the Bedingfeld family by marriage before 1446, and the house has always been inhabited by them since their construction of it in 1482.
